The County Youth Team are responsible for ensuring that scouting across Shropshire is shaped by young people. We want to ensure that every decision has youth involvement and encourage young people to develop Skills for Life in Leadership, Communication and Teamwork. The team are also responsible for supporting the 14 – 24 provisions and providing county wide opportunities for Explorers & Network sections.
The team have a vast amount of experience within scouting, from completing every available Top Award between them to supporting delivery of every section.
